This question has been asked before. Simply use MT4's Bollinger Band indy, and set the color of the lines to None. Then go to the Levels tab, and add levels of 1 and -1. You can also add additional levels, if you want to. The number of standard deviations of the plot (s) is the product of the Level value, and the Deviations parameter on the Parameters tab, e.g. if Deviations = 2, then setting Levels at 1 and -1 will result in lines that are ±2 SDs from the median line.
